Become a Trustee

At Cultivating Change, we believe in the power of gardening, nature and community to support mental health and wellbeing. As our charity continues to grow, we are looking for passionate, values-driven individuals to join our Board of Trustees and help guide the next stage of our journey.

Why Become a Trustee?

Being a trustee is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
You will play a vital role in helping Cultivating Change grow sustainably, strengthen its impact and reach more communities in need of mental health support through nature-based programmes.

As a trustee, you will help:

  • Shape the strategic direction of the charity

  • Support good governance and decision-making

  • Champion our mission and values

  • Provide insight, expertise and encouragement to our team

  • Help us build partnerships, funding opportunities and long-term sustainability.
